This is a Chinese style men's dress shirt made exclusively for Mystic Clothing customers. The fabric is 100% cotton making this shirt extremely comfortable and features the traditional Mandarin collar and Chinese frog enclosures instead of buttons. A frog enclosure is like a loop of fabric acting as the female side and a single small knot of fabric acting as the male side. Although inspired by typical clothing styles from Asia, many styles made for the Asian market are less than remarkable in terms of overall quality. However, we've gone to great lengths to ensure our clothing is outstanding in terms of overall quality. Also important to note is that the manufacturer of this shirt (and our other shirts in this style) makes their garments with thick hand-loomed cotton that is REALLY comfortable as well as long lasting. The manufacturer is a friend of ours and runs a small but detailed operation wherein quality is considered more important than quantity. Every piece has been passed through a rigorous inspection process by their QC team which really does a great job of maintaining a high standard.

1) Payment – This would be my only possible issue. There was absolutely no problem with the checkout, or the credit card entry, but I would really have liked to pay for my items with PAYPAL. 2) Shipping – Delivery was prompt, something on the order of 3-4 days. I shop EBAY all the time, and Mystic's shipping was very quick. Fast is good. I hate to wait an interminable amount of time, for something I just purchased ONLINE. Can you say immediate gratification? 3) Product Sizing – First of all, I am a large guy, not necessarily overweight, just big and tall. I wear a 3XL, or 3XLT, or even a 4XL if a vendor’s sizing is off (and many are). Don’t even talk to me about anything smaller. I was very pleased to find Asian, or more specifically Chinese, clothing in my size, available in this country. I found Mystic's sizing to be right on, equivalent to several prominent and prestigious sellers, that I probably can’t list here (Ralph Lauren, Eddie Bauer, Cabelas). 4) Product Quality – The shirt looks and fits great. The cotton has a magical home made quality about it, like the yarn was made on a spinning wheel, from another era, or by some character out of a Brother’s Grimm fairy tale. It looks like linen, only the tag, and the feel make me think otherwise. Quite frankly, the shirt couldn’t fit better, if it had been tailor made to fit me. I’m speaking from experience, having had some shirts tailor made, in Shanghai. 5) Intangibles – A shirt that looks good, is well made, comfortable, has unusual ethnic styling, and fits me for around $20, I am so there. My work and social life brings me into contact with many Chinese and Taiwanese nationals, and I was not sure how they would feel about me wearing this shirt. All reaction has been positive, with more than a few people wanting to know where they could get a similar shirt. Last of all, and here is the major newsflash, chicks like the shirt, no matter what their race or ethnic origin, and that is a good thing. I may be getting one in every color, and another white one, to have tie-dyed.

Hi, I received my Casual Shirt, in Traditional Chinese yesterday and immediately compared it to one I had recently purchased from another dealer. No comparison! The Mystic Clothing version is softer, more comfortable and much superior in construction. I'll be ordering other styles. Thanks for creating a unique and really wearable garment.
