 Email Address Usage

When customers purchase products from Mystic Clothing and checkout using the e-commerce systems platform provided by Channel Advisor, an email address associated with that customer will be collected by Channel Advisor for Mystic Clothing’s use in offering future promotions to the customer.  Mystic Clothing emails their entire customer base approximately six times yearly using email marketing software provided by EmailBrain.com.  Email Brain stores each email address on it’s secure server and these addresses are accessible by Mystic Clothing alone.  In each of the emails that are sent to Mystic Clothing customers per year, an unsubscribe link is present on the bottom of the email allowing for all customers to remove their name from the mailing list stored on EmailBrain.com’s email servers.  Absolutely no future contacts with that customer will be done unless he or she has submitted a direct question to Mystic Clothing’s customer service and a response is needed via email.  Our service providers are not permitted to use your personally identifiable information for their own purposes.

 Responses to Email Notifications and Inquiries

 When Visitors or Customers send email inquiries to Mystic Clothing, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Mystic Clothing does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.  Therefore, no opt-out ability is contained within these non-promotional emails. 

 When a customer completes checkout, a notification of completion and order confirmation is sent to the customer.  Mystic Clothing sends no promotional information to the customer in this email, therefore, no opt-out ability is contained within these non-promotional emails. 

 "Cookies" and how Mystic Clothing Uses Them

 A "cookie" is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. Mystic Clothing may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the products and services we provide and to manage our telecommunications networks.  Mystic Clothing uses an outside shipping company to store all of our inventory and facilitate the packing and shipping of all of our orders.  These agents do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes other than to complete the order on hand.

 Testimonials

 Customers may choose to send Mytsic Clothing positive or negative feedback concerning their shopping experience with our company.  If it is within Mystic Clothing’s interests, we may opt to post this feedback on our testimonials page for public view.  However, all customers will be asked beforehand whether or not they feel comfortable sharing their comments to the public.  Furthermore, absolutely no personal information beyond the customer’s first name and city/state of origin will be posted.
