Returns and Exchanges Policies

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items for a different size or store credit (your choice) if you are not completely satisfied with your clothing selection.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. On exchanges we ask that buyers incur the shipping and handling charges related to sending the new size garment.

Returns
All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refunds after 14 days will be processed as a store credits.

Special Cases and Exceptions
We work hard to ensure that our products do not contain any factory defects, so we will accept faulty merchandise back for an exchange, and reimburse you for standard shipping in the case of a return. All other returns and exchanges are not eligible for a refund of the original cost of shipping.

All sales from our clearance store are final and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Also, all underwear items are not refundable for health reasons.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for shirts with graphics.

Please retain all original packaging (bag, tag, packing slip, etc.) and Marketplace (eBay, Yahoo, etc.) ID numbers to help us process your request promptly.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid (less any promotional discounts).

Current Exchange Fees:

$3.00 for US and $1.50 extra per additional item
$6.50 for Canada, plus $3.00 extra per additional item
$9.50 for International, plus $4.50 extra per additional item
