Returns and Exchanges Guidelines
- A Return/Exchange request must be made within 14 days of purchase
(except for November, December purchases - see below).

- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be returned inside their original packaging
- Underwear (Boxer Shorts) may not be returned or exchanged due to
health precautions.
- Clearance items are not returnable.
- Items with graphics, embroidery or any special customizations may
not be returned.
Reciprocation Guidelines
- Exchanges are free in the case of a change of size/color only.
Changing to a new style is also possible but may incur extra charges
depending on the price difference.
- Returns will be refunded the full price of the item purchased.
Shipping prices are to be incurred by purchaser except in the case of a
factory defect or wrong item sent.
November, December Purchases
Understanding that many purchases made during November and December are
for gifts for holiday celebrations, we now accept exchanges for these months
through January 10. Returns that do not fall within the 14 day period
are processed as store credits until January 10 as well.
