This is a flat fee.  Therefore you may order one item or many items and you pay this fee only once.  This covers all 50 states including US protectorates and APO addresses.  Normally these shipments will go out via USPS Priority but in some cases we will choose to use USPS First Class or UPS Ground.  General delivery time is about three to eight days. 

USA 2-Day Express: $29.99
This is a flat fee.  Therefore you may order one item or many items and you pay this fee only once.  This covers all 50 states including US protectorates and APO addresses.  These shipments will go out using USPS Second Day Air.  Delivery time is two business days.  If you order halfway through the day, please do not expect that to count as a full day. 

Canada: $12.99
This is a flat fee.  Therefore you may order one item or many items and you pay this fee only once.  This covers all of Canada.  Methods of shipping include USPS International Priority and USPS First Class Priority.  Delivery time is generally six to fourteen days.  We cannot be responsible for any customs charges you may incur, therefore please check with your local post office prior to ordering if this is your first time ordering products internationally.  All international orders require the purchaser to buy insurance ($2 for every $100 purchased).

International: $22.99
This is a flat fee.  Therefore you may order one item or many items and you pay this fee only once.  This includes ALL countries therefore delivery times vary considerably depending upon the speed of service in any one country. However, in general, most customers report receiving their order within eight to fifteen days.  Methods of shipping include USPS International Priority and USPS First Class Priority.  We cannot be responsible for any customs charges you may incur, therefore please check with your local post office prior to ordering if this is your first time ordering products internationally.  All international orders require the purchaser to buy insurance ($2 for every $100 purchased).

All orders ship from our warehouse in Bunnell, Florida.

How often do you ship?
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except on weekends), but in some rare cases we may ship every other day.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, two day express shipping via USPS is available as an option during checkout. 

When will my order arrive?
The average US domestic order will arrive within four to eight days of payment completion. International orders can range from six to twelve days on average.  However, some countries have extensive or inefficient customs offices that can delay the delivery of your order considerably.  This makes the prediction of the delivery time of international orders a difficult process.  But on average its about eight to fourteen days.
